I have been blogging for a few weeks now and I thought it would be nice to discuss the benefits of blogging. Blogging is good for you as strange as that sounds. Here are some of the benefits.
- It makes you a better writer.
Like most anything the more you do it the better you will become. Interestingly if you blog on a specific subject for a while you might just be able to turn yourself into an author.
- It makes you better researcher
Well if you are blogging on a specific subject (say every week) and you are trying to find differing content then you will have to do research to be able to talk about new things. I have had to do quite a bit of research in just these 9 weeks to make these posts. Research helps you maintain the quality of your blog and well it helps make you sharper.
- Makes your smarter
This one sort of goes without saying that if you are doing more research and writing it down then hey you are most likely getting smarter. Let’s hope at least you are retaining some of what your blogging about.
- It is therapeutic
It is therapeutic when you talk about thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Blogging can serve as a stress-coping mechanism, improve memory, increases sleep quality, boosts immunity and, even speed up the healing process.
I guess if you are reading this and have yet to start this super easy way to get out there then maybe you will want to check out some other blogs and then start your own journey in cyber space you never know where it may lead you or how smart you might become.
